Fiona
-Diagnosed age 34 in February, 2002
-HRT:Estradot 0.1(up from .05) Prometrium 200mg taken in the evening days 15-25.
-tried Climara, but it didn't stick well, and irritated my skin.
-tried Esclim and thought it looked like a giant ugly pink bandaid (although it stuck really well)
-tried Vivelle and it was fine, but the Estradot is discreetly small, so Gentlemen, we have a winner...

Turns out there is a family history of early meno - 42-45 yrs, from both maternal and paternal sides of my family. Maybe getting it from both sides of the family caused to occur many years earlier for me.

I was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia April 2003, so my symptoms may be autoimmune based like many others here.

Have suffered from chronic fatigue/m.e.(UK) about 5 years ago, which I have read is more prone to women who have low estrogen.
So I think I may have had low estrogen for a while and didnt know about it.

Diagnosed at aged 31 in Dec 2002, 4 months before my wedding. Now I'm 32. The worst nightmare of my life. Still trying to cope and asking why me. No reason for the condition.

Diagnosed at 39 after hyst. and went into ovarian failure. Dr.s figured I actually started POF in my late 20's but was controlled with BCP's.
